There is plenty of excitement at the MicroTech Booth #700 this week at "AFCEA Belvoir Industry Days," being held at the Gaylord National Hotel & Conference Center in National Harbor, Md.

The MicroTech staff manning the booth, led by CEO Tony Jimenez, is featuring popular demonstrations of the latest MicroKloud™ cloud products and solutions, including MicroTrakk™ featuring RTLS, MicroPodd™ and a groundbreaking social media analytics service. The company's IT capabilities surrounding the new Army Private Cloud (APC2) IDIQ will also be on display.

The APC2 mobile IDIQ contract allows the service branch to reduce costs through server consolidation and updating and optimizing IT with MicroPodd™ containerized data centers. The Director of Emerging Technologies Alfredo Guzman is demo'ing the MicroPodd™ during the two-day event. Vice President of Business Development Chris Doran is demonstrating the MicroTrakk™ system, in current use in a healthcare role at the VA. Social Media Initiatives Manager Hayley Miller is also conducting demos of the recently launched MicroTech SmaaS Web 2.0 analytics service.

The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association — Belvoir Chapter hosts the 10th Annual event. Last year, over 1100 registered attendees, and an additional 550 exhibitors representing 153 industry and government exhibits, attended. MicroTech is a corporate sponsor of this year's show.
