The Independent Community Bankers of America was the latest organization to fall before MicroTech’s social media onslaught to determine the king of the tweets in a local marketing contest called Social Madness.
MicroTech has made it to the Final Four in the "Medium Companies" category of the virtual friend challenge and now goes head-to-head against the McLean-based Internet content sharing platform AddThis (formerly Clearspring).
There are a total of 12 businesses and nonprofits left in the Washington DC region of the national Social Madness contest. Social Madness is the first-ever competition pitting organizations in 43 U.S. cities in a contest sponsored by the Biz Journal chain of business news publications. Over 4,000 businesses signed up for the challenge.
You can vote for Social Madness by visiting SocialMadness.com, clicking on the Washington DC city link, and choosing MicroTech in the “Medium Companies” category.
