Cisco Systems announced this week that MicroTech has once again achieved Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence. This is the highest distinction a Cisco partner can achieve within the Channel Partner Program.
MicroTech became a Cisco partner in 2010, achieved Gold Partner status in 2011, and has previously been recognized for their customer support with the highly regarded Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence distinction.
Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence assessment is based upon the customer satisfaction results captured in the Cisco Partner Access Online tool (www.cisco.com/go/pal). Each measurement period, Cisco acknowledges Certified Partners that have the highest customer satisfaction distinction within each geographic region.
