Sharon Collins

Adjunct Faculty

Sharon has over 15 years of experience working internationally with both Fortune 500 and smaller companies to enhance the effectiveness of her client’s leaders and sales organization. Client focus includes IT with CSC, consumer products with Kraft, Wrigley and Mead Johnson Nutrition, healthcare with PPD, Medtronic, Eli Lilly and retail with Ahold and Kroger. Along with facilitation of Celemi solutions, Sharon has demonstrated experience designing effective learning tailored to the context of the client.

Sharon has been a featured speaker at the Strategic Account Managers Association, The National Retail Federation and Food Marketing Institute. As Senior Sales Director, she is responsible for building client partnerships in the Americas. Prior to Celemi, Sharon was an independent consultant representing Celemi solutions since 1998 and an account executive for Development Dimensions International. She holds certifications in all of DDI’s methodology.

Sharon holds a BA in Journalism from Northern Illinois University and is currently pursuing a certificate in Instructional Technology from the University of North Carolina-Wilmington.
