Jeff leads the UCC Team headquartered in Greensboro NC overseeing all the Engineering & Installation activities including Sales, Customer Service, Order Management, Purchasing, and Services.
Jeff brings experience from leading an integrated UCC team within large DoD agency and as the VP, UCC Operations to his position. A retired Air Force officer, Jeff amassed over 20 years of experience and leadership skills in the management field prior to transitioning to MicroTech’s worldwide enterprise technology team. Jeff holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Angelo State University and a Masters Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College. Jeff also holds a BS in Social Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
His career highlights feature significant leadership roles as a serving commander, multiple Higher Headquarters positions to include Washington DC, Honolulu HI, Tampa FL, and San Antonio TX. As MicroTech’s UCC Operation Executive overseeing hundreds of collaborative and integrated systems build-outs for both federal and commercial customers, he excelled in meeting customer expectations and timelines.
