Paul, a retired Air Force officer, has over 26 years experience in the Management Field, serving in an array of executive positions specializing in Human Capital Management.
Paul has a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, and a MS in Personnel Administration from Buffalo State College, State University of New York.
