Vienna, VA –January 10, 2013 — Leading Service Provider and Technology Integrator, MicroTech, has revamped its Innovation & Integration Center (I2C), a ‘try before you buy’ technology center at their headquarters in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The renovation added nearly 4000 square feet of space to combine the company’s Innovation & Integration Group (I2G) with the business development, sales, and alliance divisions to create a collaborative environment.
With the renovation completed, MicroTech now has a larger technology showroom, a business development conference center for proposal development, and a collaborative work center for sales and business development personnel with direct access to the MicroDataCenter (MDC), the Test, Evaluation & Integration (TE&I) laboratory, and the Emerging Technology Center (ETC).
The expanded center is spacious with open, cluster style cubicles outside of the Red Team conference center, maximizing communication and collaboration between organizational elements focused on new technology, customer interface, and partner alliances.
MicroTech President & CEO, Tony Jimenez, described the renovation as an avowal of his company’s advancement. He said, “The expansion of our I2C signifies our commitment to give our customers the best solutions available. The I2C showcases technology including our MicroKloud™ family of solutions and we continue to expand the capabilities that are displayed.”
The I2C showcase is located on the first floor of the American Center Building and is in line of sight of the front doors. MicroTech, which is a Hewlett-Packard Cloud Center of Excellence, presents their full MicroPodd® family of solutions in a store front style display.
