The MicroTech Training Center, is available for a wide range of professional learning needs — from training sessions to specialized meetings. The facility offers state-of-the-art audio and video communications presentation capabilities, including Audio Conferencing, Distance Learning, and High-Definition (HD) Video Teleconferencing — integrated for ease of use through a user-friendly touch panel interface.
The 1,550 sq. ft. training center comfortably seats 30 students in a classroom style configuration for a more intimate learning experience. The space includes multiple white boards, a SMART Board and instructor podium for lectures and presentations. The room can also be utilized and reconfigured for board meetings, theater style meetings, even corporate video production — and when tables and chairs are removed — ideal for receptions, accommodating up-to-100.
The MicroTech Training Center is in the American Center office complex in Tysons Corner, Virginia. It has a private easy-to-access entrance equipped with a convenient kitchen, coffee bar and work stations. MicroTech also offers wireless internet access and onsite technical support for the Training Center.
The MicroTech Training Center provides cutting-edge audio and HD Video technology to facilitate and enhance learning. The technology has been integrated for ease-of-use through a custom designed control system, and the “Natural Presenter” package provides capabilities for both Distance Learning and Video Teleconferencing.
The electronic system includes camera tracking, confidence monitor, SMART Board and podium, and features a high bandwidth IP connection to anywhere that has a Video Teleconferencing system connected to the public Internet. Multipoint and streaming connections are also available, providing cost-effective distance learning and broad based collaboration.
Normally configured in a classroom style for training events, however, other room layouts are available to meet your needs.
